Posting calendar

What to post, when — six months, laid out.

Work down the list in order. Each one has what to film or photograph, the caption, and the hashtags — tap "Mark as posted" once it's live. Any post featuring a specific child needs written parental permission first.

Every lesson, every plan, every timesheet — in one place.

Log where you're working and when, generate a bespoke lesson plan in a couple of taps, leave yourself notes after the session, and pull a timesheet whenever you need one. Everything here is saved on this device.

Calendar sync: tap "Subscribe on iPhone" once, on your phone — it opens the Calendar app and subscribes to a live feed, so every lesson you add here (or edit, or delete) appears automatically, no re-importing needed. iOS refreshes subscribed calendars roughly once an hour. "Download a copy" instead gives you a one-off .ics snapshot to import or share, e.g. if you want to send today's lessons to someone else.
